Trainees will then be positioned as an Acting Sales Supervisor in one of our many branches. Trainees will also receive various training programs and be assigned an improvement project, which will then be evaluated. The evaluation will be used to determine whether trainees will become full time employees as Sales Supervisors. Sales Supervisors are entitled to various attractive incentives, which include regular incentives, leasing incentives, and contest incentives. High achieving Supervisors also get a chance to win a yearly trip overseas. Career-wise, Supervisors are entitled for promotion to Branch Manager, then Regional Manager. Requirements :
