MANAGEMENT TRAINEE SERVICE
This specific program is aimed to project trainees to the position of Workshop Supervisor. Workshop Supervisors are in charge of managing a workshop’s performance at a Daihatsu branch.
In this program, trainees will participate in various On the Job Trainings (OJT) at Daihatsu Head Office and obtain experience as mechanics, Service Advisors, and Foremen. Trainees will then be positioned as an Acting Workshop Supervisor in one of our many workshops. Trainees will also receive various training programs and be assigned an improvement project, which will then be evaluated. The evaluation will be used to determine whether trainees will become full time employees as Workshop Supervisors.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor degree with min. GPA 2.75 from Engineering (Electrical, Machine, Industrial)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidates must possess leadership potential, strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn about basic technical knowledge & workshop management, and high interest in automotive business.
- Willing to be stationed throughout Indonesia
