		Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi dan kebutuhan akan produk yang ramah lingkungan, Daihatsu telah melengkapi semua mobilnya dengan mesin yang menggunakan catalytic converter agar gas buang hasil pembakarannya memenuhi peraturan pemerintah dan standar internasional EURO II. Daihatsu sangat memperhatikan proses produksi, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di seluruh pabrik dengan menerapkan Sistem Mutu Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (SMK3) yang sesuai dengan ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 dan Green Company. Kami berusaha menjaga limbah pabrik agar tidak mencemari lingkungan sekitar. Sebagai hasil kepedulian kami pada lingkungan dan keselamatan kerja, kami menerima penghargaan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup dengan predikat terbaik dari Gubernur DKI Jakarta dan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Kami juga menerima penghargaan bebas kecelakaan kerja dari Menteri Tenaga Kerja.


		With the advancement in technology and the growing need to manufacture products that are environmentally friendly, Daihatsu has equipped all its automobile with catalytic converters, thereby ensuring the gas produced from each vehicle to follow government regulated standards and internationally emission standards EURO II. Daihatsu paid careful attention to the well-being of our employess in every plant by adapting practices from Health and Safety Quality System (SMK3) which comply to ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Green Company standards. We continually strive to prevent our factory-produced wastes from polluting the surrounding environment. As a result of the extensive measures taken to secure the environment and our workplace, we have been awarded as the company with best performance from Jakarta’s Governor and Ministry of Environment consecutively for the past number of years. We have also received recognition for an accident-free workplace environment from the Ministry of Man Power.
